Privately owned, these apartments are renowned for their spaciousness, making them ideal for single occupants. However, these apartments are large enough to effortlessly accommodate one to two guests. The open floor design integrates a kitchenette with a welcoming living area, creating a fluid and versatile space. A large sliding door grants access to a charming porch, while a sturdy wooden door leads to a shared hall.

These apartments feature a private single bedroom, a well-appointed bathroom, and an additional spare room. This versatile space serves multiple purposes, functioning as a second bedroom for long-term guests, a walk-in closet, or even a home office depending on what the resident prefers.

Homesteads

This is an optional system where players can create a personal, private living space for themselves in this forum. This would involve creating a thread and marking it clearly as your apartment.

Example Title: Sakura's Apartment

The first post would be a descriptive post of the living space. What it looks like right now. These would be considered open threads that players can enter and leave multiple times over the course of days, months or even years. Due to the repeated entering and exiting of the same thread, double posting would be possible in these threads.

Example Description: Sakura's apartment is bright and cheery. She keeps her living space clean and has a love for flowers, so there is always a vase of flowers on her dining table regardless of the season as well as a floral aroma that can at times be considered odiferous. She does not have much reason for a couch or a living room, preferring to use this open floorspace for a desk and a computer, she considers herself to be quite tech savvy and has enjoyed her access to the world wide web since taking up residence in the mortal realm. She discovered something called memes. Her bedroom might be considered by some to be a bit childish, she loves princess canopies and the color pink. Thankfully her bedroom door is closed when guests come over so her frilly secrets remain unknown for now. Besides a king sized bed with numerous fluffy pillows and stuffed animals that she has absolutely named, she has a vanity in the corner of the bedroom and a long dresser that holds most of her attire. Her spare bedroom is honestly a junk room. She might be a bit of a hoarder, not that one would be able to tell in the rest of her apartment. Boxes of various knick knacks and old clothes she no longer wanted to wear can be found in this room, the boxes unlabeled.

After this, many players write a solo post or start an RP in this thread with a double post. This could be them moving in, them inviting over another soul reaper for some coffee or other slice of life activities.
