Avatars

Avatars are a pictorial representation of your character.

We have 5 rules involving avatars on this site:

1. The signature cannot be abusive towards other players. In other words, the signature cannot flame, bait, harass or otherwise be used to incite another community member or group of members.
2. The signature must be safe for work (SFW), while we are a 323 site, we expect the images used to be something that if seen on a work computer would not be sending a user to human resources (HR). So please no pornographic images and be considerate of others if your signature is excessively violent.
3. Your avatar must be an image of what your character looks like. So please, no memes, kittens, random dancing bears (unless your character is one).
4. You are free to use gifs for your avatar, but we ask you to be mindful of the size and flashing effects, size can adversely affect the experience of users with older devices and flashing can be harmful to users with certain health conditions.
5. The administration does reserve the right to request a signature edit or change.

Signatures

Signatures help your account stand out and are a form of self expression.

1. The signature cannot be abusive towards other players. In other words, the signature cannot flame, bait, harass or otherwise be used to incite another community member or group of members.
2. The signature must be safe for work (SFW), while we are a 323 site, we expect the images used to be something that if seen on a work computer would not be sending a user to human resources (HR). 3. If you use an image in your signature, we ask that your signatures remain consistent in size in this setting for the sake of community aesthetic. The size here is 250 (height) by 750 (wide) and would appear as follows:
   

   
4. Please do not insert gifs, or flashing media into your signature. This can slow the performance of older devices and effect users with certain medical conditions.
5. The administration does reserve the right to request a signature edit or change.

Two (free) recommended resources include Lunapic and Canva.​

Settings for Signatures (this is built in so you do not need to remember all of this).

• All registered players should have the ability to edit their own signature.
• Signatures allow for basic text formatting (bold, italic, etc).
• Signatures allow extended text formatting (color, font, size).
• Signatures allow alignment changes, lists, images and links.
• The character maximum is 1000 characters - remember this is characters used, not characters displayed.
• Can have up to 10 links in a signature
• Can have up to 1 image in a signature.
• Can have up to 8 lines of text in a signature.
• Maximum text size in signatures is 7
