This thread serves as an instructional regarding the creation of a character on this site.
We are looking for the following when creating a new character.
The Form:
Character Name: Your character name must be your user name. So your character name cannot be Takahashi Sousuke with your account name being Robokage18. Your account name will need to match your character name. If your account name does not match your intended character name, please post in the [add link]Name Change Request Thread[/add link] and an admin will edit your username. Please be aware that this will effect your log in.
Rank: This is essentially your in character position among Sorcerers or Soul Reapers and is not a reflection of your strength. As a new soul reaper you are eligible to apply for an unseated rank. As a new sorcerer, your can either join as a first-year student (refer to Overview under Setting Information).
Appearance: This is what your character physically looks like. This should be reflected in your avatar. So if you describe your character as having blonde hair and green eyes with tan skin, your avatar for this character should not be Sausuke Uchiha or Goku-san for example. Your avatar is a physical representation of your character.
Personality: This is what sort of person your character is. Please consider how others will interface with your character. If you make an unpleasant introvert, you might struggle to find real roleplay experiences.
History: This is the life your character lived prior to character creation. We are looking for at least 100 words, but we welcome longer, more in depth character histories. Try to make your character's history reasonable considering the setting and the type of character you are trying to make.
A moderator will approve your character creation or if denied request specific edits.

- Please do not use full names from other fandoms, we do not want to see Uzamaki Naruto or Yagami Light. We are looking for unique creations.
- Do not create an insulting username.

- Please write legibly.
- If you are including another player in your background, please have them post in your character creation thread to verify that they have given their consent to be in your background in the way that you have depicted.
